Every morning

Your night in ten seconds

No dashboards to decode. Open Starpillow, see how you slept and what to keep doing.

One score, 0 to 100

Built from how long you slept against your own norm, deep and REM sleep, and how calmly you slept through. The same formula on every device.

Stages, pulse, snoring

A clear map of the night: deep, core and REM sleep, awakenings, heart rate, and the moments you snored.

What changes your sleep

Tag your day with one tap — coffee, a workout, a late dinner. Starpillow compares similar nights and tells you what actually matters for you.

Influence

Find your own sleep rules

Generic advice says “no coffee after noon”. Starpillow looks at your nights and shows what really moves your score — and by how much.

How it works

Three steps, no homework

  1. Sleep as usual

Wear your Apple Watch to bed. Starpillow reads your night from Apple Health.

  2. Tag your day

Coffee, gym, late dinner, a glass of wine — one tap each, in the evening or in the morning.

  3. Read the morning

A score, the shape of your night and one clear hint about what changed it.

Privacy

Your nights stay yours

Sleep is personal. Starpillow is built so it doesn’t need to know who you are.

Analysed on your iPhone

Scores, stages and influence are calculated on your device, not on our servers.

Apple Health is the source

Starpillow reads only the sleep and heart data you allow, and you can revoke it anytime.

No ads, nothing sold

No advertising trackers and no account to sign up for. Your data is never sold or shared.

FAQ

Questions

Do I need an Apple Watch?

Starpillow works best with an Apple Watch, which measures sleep stages and heart rate. Without a watch, the iPhone app still logs bedtime and wake-up, tracks your tags and shows how your days affect your nights.

How is the sleep score calculated?

Half of the score is how long you slept compared with your goal. The rest comes from your share of deep and REM sleep and from how much of your time in bed you actually slept. The same formula runs on iPhone, Apple Watch and, later, Android.

Where is my sleep data stored?

On your devices and in Apple Health. Starpillow analyses it on your iPhone and does not upload your nights to our servers.

Does Starpillow record audio all night?

Only if you turn on snore detection. Sound is analysed on your iPhone and is never uploaded; you can switch it off or delete recordings at any time.

When can I download it?

Starpillow is in development for iPhone and Apple Watch. Write to support@starpillow.app and we will let you know the day it is in the App Store.

Will there be an Android version?

Yes. Android and Wear OS come after the iPhone release, with the same sleep score so your history stays comparable.

Sleep well. Know why.

Starpillow is coming to iPhone and Apple Watch.
