Delete your data

Starpillow has no account. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing about your sleep on our servers. Everything Starpillow stores lives on your iPhone, your Apple Watch and in Apple Health, so you can delete all of it yourself, at any time, without asking us.
1. Delete data inside the app
Open Starpillow → Me → Delete all data. This removes your score history, tags, settings and any saved snore clips from your iPhone and Apple Watch.
2. Delete what Starpillow wrote to Apple Health
On your iPhone open Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Starpillow → Delete All Data from “Starpillow”. On the same screen you can turn off Starpillow’s access to Apple Health.
3. Remove the app
Deleting Starpillow from your iPhone and Apple Watch also deletes all of its data stored on those devices.
4. Emails to us
If you have written to support@starpillow.app, ask us there to delete the correspondence and we will do it within 30 days.

Paid features, if you bought any, are managed by Apple: cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings.
